Matt Hall

Matt’s love of running and competing in triathlons along with his business owning experience made the transition to opening a gym an easy one.

As someone who was once overweight and struggling with his own mental health, nothing brings Matt more pleasure than watching clients change their lives through health and fitness.

He founded THC wanting to create a place designed solely around members needs rather than what benefits the business first.

When Matt’s not running or managing the business, he’s watching the mighty Cats play footy or brunching with his wife Anna and daughter Tash.

Tash Hall

Tash is the friendly face you’ll see when walking into the gym… she’s just as enthusiastic about health and fitness as Matt and loves supporting people to change their lifestyle for the better. To Tash, support means ensuring those changes are long lasting rather than quick weight loss fixes or spruiking fad diets.

Tash is on reception, runs our social media and is qualified in Inbody composition scans.

Outside of work, you’ll find her walking pups Ollie and Charlie, or dreaming up her next travel destination.

Simons love of health and fitness forms a major part of his life so working in the industry was a no brainer. His passion and belief in the challenge of constant improvement to achieve greatness no matter what stage of your fitness journey you’re at is what drives him to help his clients improve their lives and achieve their personal goals and utmost best. 

It’s no wonder that Simon’s main role at THC is to train our members 1 on 1, run PT 4 Classes and conduct InBody Composition Scans.

It’s no wonder that Simon’s main role at THC is to train our members 1 on 1, run PT 4 Classes and conduct InBody Composition Scans.

You will find him on the gym floor at all hours of the day – ready to answer any questions you have or provide tips on how you can get the most out of your time with THC.

 At THC we have an inclusive approach where we endeavour to offer a solution to your individual fitness needs and ensure that this is delivered upon every time you step foot in the door.

Outside of work Simon enjoys spending time with his gorgeous wife and nightmare of a dog (that he loves dearly). He also follows numerous sports and will more than often be found parked in front of the TV watching and barracking like an idiot. If he’s not watching sports he will most likely be studying to finish his Bachelor Degree in Psychology (but to be honest will have sport on in the background).
